MoonOpps publishes two datasets: a lunar mission catalog (34 missions, 2026–2035) and the federal CLPS contract award data behind it. Both are offered under CC BY 4.0 with machine-readable JSON downloads. How the data is sourced, verified, and limited is documented under Methodology; every cited reference is indexed under Sources.
Normalized catalog of 34 lunar mission records (2026–2035) with 45 actors, 105 payloads, 31 regions, 24 cited sources, confidence labels, and programmatic milestones. Compiled at build time from public sources.
Reported federal CLPS lunar contract awards: recipient, dollar value paired with amount type (announced / current / obligated / potential / ceiling) and an as-of date, SAM.gov verification by UEI where confirmed, IDIQ ceilings flagged as not mission spend. Served live; see /methodology for the verification and totals rules.
Served live, so the download reflects the current feed; when the feed is unreachable the export honestly reports { "available": false } rather than stale or fabricated figures.
The MoonOpps compilation is licensed CC BY 4.0 — free to reuse with attribution to MoonOpps. The underlying cited public and government sources keep their own terms; see Sources for the references and Methodology for how figures are verified and what the totals do and do not mean.
